What is the refund policy?
We have full confidence in our products and believe that you will love them too! However if the product you have received does not match what you ordered, or meet your expectations, then please contact us at info@hollynrose.com within 3 calendar days of the delivery date. Provided the items are returned in the same condition within 10 days of the delivery date, a full refund will be provided. Any return costs will be borne by you ('the customer') unless agreed otherwise.
Returns must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
What if my item is damaged on delivery?
We take time to carefully inspect every item before we send it, however in the rare case that an item is damaged during delivery please contact us at info@hollynrose.com within 3 calendar days of the delivery date.
We will arrange with you to return the damaged product and send a replacement at no extra cost provided the collection address is the same as the original delivery address. We reserve the right to apply the terms of the refund policy if the scheduled collection is unsuccessful.
